ADMISSION

We don’t require Audition for the “One Week Program”.

In order to participate in IBStage “One Week Program” you must:

  •           Have a minimum of two years of ballet training prior to enrollment.
  •           Be 10 – 22 years old (Age exceptions are accepted only if the candidate have a proper level of ballet training).
  •           Send us 2 photos:
    • One photo in Plie in First Position.
    • One photo in First Arabesque.

Registration for the "One Week Program" is done directly through our Online Registration System provided by "Regonline Ltd."

No Audition or Registration Code are required in order to register.

Please note that to the Total Amount ( 550 euro) will be applied a 5% of surcharge in concept of Management & Payment Gateway Fee.
Starting 1st May 2017 The Program will cost 600 euro.

The following fees are for optional services that IBStage offers to its participants.

REIMBURSEMENTS POLICY

Reimbursements Policy

· Reimbursements are allowed in case of illness or injuries and only if the student presents 2 different medical certificates from 2 different Specialized Physicians (Is very important to respect this condition).

· Certificates issued by a Physiotherapist are Not Accepted.

· The Certificates have to mention clearly that the student can not attend the IBStage Program, also have to specify the type of injury or illness, the date of issue, the signature, name and Collegiate number of the Doctor and the Authority Centre where was issued the certificate.

· Any other withdraw from the program before or meanwhile the program is celebrated doesn’t entitle for reimbursement of any fee.

· The Maximum Amount to be reimbursed will be 500 euro if the withdraw is made before of 14th August 2017; if withdraw is made meanwhile the program is celebrated the maximum amount to be reimbursed will be calculated by the IBStage Team as following: /Number of Days Not Attended x 30 euro/

· The Reimbursements are done after 15th of October 2017 and have to be notified by the student in writing before 15th of September 2017 (after this date we don’t accept requests for reimbursement).

Are not entitled for Reimbursements:

  • Hotel/Accommodation Fees when the service was contracted thorough Ibstage.
  • Transportation Fees
  • Lunch Fees
  • Medical Insurance Fee
  • Civil Insurance Fee
  • Merchandise Fee
  • Gala Cocktail Fee

GROUP PLACEMENT

Starting 2017, the One Week Program an the Two Weeks Program have its own groups, allowing students to receive a better training according to their ballet training. Group Placement for the One Week Program and the Two Weeks Program is made by the iBSTAGE Artistic Team in base of Age and Ballet Level. In order to place the student in the corresponding group we require 2 photos in 2 ballet positions; One Photo in Plie in First Position and One Photo in First Arabesque. According to our Terms and Conditions, the Ibstage Team doesn't accept requests for Group Changes.  Before registering into our Program please read our Terms & Conditions in order to avoid misunderstandings.

VILAMARI HOTEL

Accommodation for the Three Weeks Program is offered by our partner Hotel Vilamari
The “Vilamari Hotel” is a 4 Stars Hotel and is located 5 minutes away from the Studios5 minutes away from the “Plaza España Square" and 10 minutes away from “Plaza Catalunya” Square.
Ibstage doesn't manage the accommodation for the students registered to the One Week Program. 
In order to book their accommodation, students have to contact directly with the Hotel Vilamari at recepcio@hotelvilamari.com
There is a special fare for Ibstage Students and at the moment of making the reservation the student have to mention to the hotel that is an Ibstage One Week Program Attendee.
 
Ibstage doesn't offer any Chaperone Service but in the same hotel are staying all our teachers, artistic team and student parents, so the environment is highly secure for students under 18. 
We highly recommend you to book your accommodation in the Vilamari Hotel, as is placed near the studios, and also because is better for the Ibstage Team to help you in case of any special needs.

The lunch service is provided by the restaurant of the Institute of Theater (where the summer program is held) and IBStage is not responsible for the food service.
We highly recommend you to book the Lunch Menu with Ibstage in order to avoid problems as is cheaper than any other place near our facilities. Also in August most of the restaurants are closed.
The Lunch Service can be booked only by Pack and not by Day.
No Reimbursements are accepted for the Lunch Service. See Terms & Conditions

AIRPORT PICK-UP

PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO BOOK THIS SERVICE.

At Ibstage you can book your Airport Transfer Service.
The service is provided by FROM2 (Pujol Autocars).
At the Airport you will be received by the FROM2 Staff and the IBStage Volunteers, who will accompany you in every moment.
When you arrive to Barcelona our staff will pick you from the Airport and leave you at the hotel and when you will leave from Barcelona, our staff will be in the hotel to accompany you to the Transfer Car which will leave you in the Airport.

 

Terms and Conditions of Transportation

  • The Airport Transfer Service is only available for the “Barcelona Airport – El Prat”, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
    Please be aware that we don’t offer service for the Gerona Airport and Reus Airport.
  • Participants have to send a copy of the flight tickets no later than 7th August 2017. (A copy of the flight tickets can be uploaded in the Registration Form in any moment. Just come back to the Online Registration Form, log in and upload your scanned flight tickets)
  • Ibstage is not responsible for the Airport Transfer Service for those participants who didn't provided Ibstage with the requested flight details on time or who didn't respected the transportation schedule.
  • Airport Transfer is available only for the Barcelona Airport (El Prat).
  • Airport Transfer Service Fee is NOT REFUNDABLE

IBStage Staff Members are available to the Arrival Gate  from 8:00 am to 23:00 pm. Outside this schedule the participant who booked the Airport Transfer have to redirect to the FROM2 Offices  from Terminal 1 and 2, in order to be transported.
